What can I say about Sam and Gared? They’re simply awesome. Two beautiful spirits in perfect balance with the universe. They ebb and flow with passion and grace. Their life together is a dance, and they move about it in such a gorgeous, refreshing way. To share time with them is to forget your troubles and enjoy other spirits the way you enjoyed other spirits as a child in a summer day. They just make you feel at ease in such a light, free way. They are music lovers. They are musicians. They are bird lovers and pet keepers. They appreciate great food and sharing plates and conversation. Most of all though, they are artists. They’re living art every day from their orchestra seats to their magic tricks to the way they love people. Van Gogh said he felt there is nothing more truly artistic than to love people, and Gared and Sam may be the finest artists we know. We loved them before we ever actually met them, which may be the only factor that made us their photographers. We thought that we were fully booked for 2013, but they just drew us in with their wedding website and their pets and all the rest of their charm. We’re lucky to have even met them, and to call them friends is something we are blown away by. Their smiles are infectious. Their minds and words are insightful and rejuvenating to our spirits. We love you guys and thank you for being the amazing people and artists that you are as well as for the pleasure of shooting your wedding and sharing your company!

Sam and Gared made all of the beautiful décor that you see as well as some that didn’t even get used. They also set up all of it themselves (with family and friends of course.) Hopefully the photos convey the absolute best part of their wedding day creations: the atmosphere. It was a perfect day. Nuff said.
